# Account recovery where previous email got deleted

Hi vercel

my previous email got deleted and it is associated with my account previously 
what should I do to recover it back?

Hey @lewis-tabbedincco

If you're still logged in to the account then you can add a new email in account settings at [vercel.com/account](https://vercel.com/account)

If the Vercel account was connected with a GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account you should be able to use the that to log in.

I login to with my github account and it seem to have linked to another account instead
can you help me recover my account please?

I want to make sure that I understand the problem so I can get you the right solution:

 You have two accounts, the one you're using now and the one associated with the `surialabs` email address. Are you unable to use that email to log in to the account?

If you're unable to access that email address, please send a message to registration@vercel.com to open a ticket so we can verify account ownership. Using the email address from your new account to send the message is fine. 

Be sure to include a link to your post here as well as the usernames and emails for your two accounts. That will help the the team verify your account more quickly. :pray:
