This program Vercel does not run the apps locally and once you are disconnected from the internet my apps don’t work anymore, so the app is useless… Waste of money…
It sounds like you want to deploy a progressive web app. In that case you would need to do some configuration within the app to enable offline/background operation. There’s a guide covering how to do this with Next,js in the docs:
