Billing Account Issue Paid Everything But Still Showing Unpaid

Paid bill multiple times, received invoice emails, but platform shows issues.
i am facing issue i paid the bill multiple times bill received mail invoice but still platform shows please resolve the issue i have already raised ticket but i haven’t receive any response

As shown in the screenshot, your last payment failed. I confirmed with Stripe as well that the payment didn’t go through.

I’d request you to pay again to continue the service.

I see now. The payment you retried was for Vercel Pro plan and not v0 Premium plan. You can even check this on the receipt you got in the email.

If you don’t need the Vercel Pro plan, you can go to vercel.com/help and request a refund from the chat bot for the Vercel Platform Pro payment you made. You should be able to get a refund in a few business days.

To purchase v0 Premium, do so from the v0.app billing page.

As you can see in the 3rd screenshot, that the invoice is open here. It says Amount Due is $20 because Payment failed.

Sir currently account shows no out standing no pending bill invoice nothing at all pending but index page shows You have an unpaid invoice. Please pay your invoice to continue.

when i click on pending there is nothing to pay also amount has been deduct twice from my account kindly check as i am not able to use since two days

Hi Urfaan, I see that the payment went through now.

The quickest fix for this issue will be to request an automated refund from vercel.com/help chat bot by asking a v0 refund and then making the Premium subscription again.
