My Blob store was suspended for exceeding the 1 GB Hobby storage limit. I'd like to request reactivation so I can delete files and get back under the limit.

The overage came from video uploads plus a bug in my app that left orphaned files behind when uploads were replaced. That bug is now fixed, and I've moved video hosting off Blob, so usage will stay well under the limit once I can clear the old files.

I'd especially like to recover content.json if possible.
