Can’t Redeem Lenny’s Newsletter v0 Promo Code (No Input Box Found)

I’m a Lenny’s Newsletter annual subscriber and claimed the Vercel v0 promo code from the subscriber bundle. However, when I tried to redeem it, I couldn’t find any input box or place to enter the promo code in v0. I’ve already emailed startups@vercel.com, billing@vercel.com, and registration@vercel.com, but haven’t received any response in the past two weeks. Can someone please take a look? Thank you for your help!

I tried redeeming it this way, but it still shows “Coupon redemption failed” (screenshot attached).

Can you please take a look at my code? According to the original bundle description, it should be redeemable until next year.

I’ve also re-sent the details via the emails above, but please let me know if there’s a better place or form to report this issue.
