Charged my Card but I didn't get the domain I bought

so I recently just bought a domain but said ‘‘an error occurred while processing your card. try again in a little bit.’’ but it deducted my card I also have the confimation message that it deducted my card ‘‘Your EW Visa debit card ending in XX2660 was used at VERCEL DOMAINS for PHP 710.21 on 25-MAY-26 08:24 PM. Call +63288881700 for any concern.’’
