# Chat box not usable

When i enter any request into the chat it says "invalid message ID". I tried refreshing, clearing cache, browser history etc. Nothing works. I paid for the subscription and bough additional credits and still nothing.

Is this happening only in a specific chat, or is it every one? 

If you share the chat ID, I can check the logs for more error details

Where do I find the chat ID? I'm the only user on the account.

I am the only user and I apologize but I can’t seem to find the chat ID.

There are only 2 chats. Fork and Mobile Menu Prototype. The mobile menu Prototype has completely stalled, nothing is accepted in the chat.

Is this happening on the original chat, or is it happening on the fork? Do you see the same error if you start a new chat?

It’s happening on a chat after the fork. I’ve made 20+ version changes on the chat labeled Mobile Menu Prototype and it will not allow any more inputs, it comes back with an error no matter I type.

The chat works in new chats and the original fork.

Please advise.

The Chat ID is in the URL, it looks like a bunch of letters and numbers
