# Chrome Password Protection warning on a Vercel Preview deployment

Hello Vercel Community,

I'm developing a Next.js 16.4.0 application called Church Update CRM Phase 2, hosted on Vercel Hobby.

**Issue:** Chrome displayed this password-protection warning when I entered credentials on my protected Preview login page:

“You just entered your password on a deceptive site.”

**What I checked:**
- The Vercel build completed successfully.
- The runtime logs I checked showed no error entries.
- The Google Safe Browsing site-status checker returned “No available data.”
- I submitted a Google Safe Browsing report.
- Vercel Support indicated that the deployment configuration was healthy and suggested that Chrome's client-side password-protection heuristics
