You'll need to go to the domain registrar where you purchased the domain to add the DNS records. That's often [GoDaddy](https://www.godaddy.com/domains) or [Namecheap](https://www.namecheap.com/domains/), but there are many others you may have used. If you didn't already buy the custom domain, you can [get it through your Vercel account](https://vercel.com/docs/getting-started-with-vercel/buy-domain) or from any external registrar (including those linked above). If you buy the domain through your Vercel account then no additional setup will be required. If you use an external registrar then you'll need to add the `A` and `CNAME` records using their dashboard.
