Hi all — my production site (www.treeflow.co) has been down since July 9, 2026. Hoping someone here or a Vercel team member can help, or point me in the right direction.
Project: treeflow-app (Hobby plan) Domain: www.treeflow.co
What's happening: Browsers can't establish a secure connection to my site. My Cloudflare DNS is correctly configured — CNAME to 57190a096d63c659.vercel-dns-017.com, set to DNS-only (not proxied).
What I found troubleshooting:
- Querying
57190a096d63c659.vercel-dns-017.comdirectly against Vercel's own authoritative nameservers (ns1–ns4.vercel-dns-017.com) correctly returns Vercel IPs (64.29.17.65 / 216.198.79.65). - But resolving the same hostname through public resolvers (Google 8.8.8.8, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1) consistently returns
18.204.152.241— an AWS IP that's serving a totally unrelated Heroku/Express app, not my site. - This wrong answer has been stuck for over an hour with a reported TTL that never counts down or clears — not normal propagation behavior.
Already tried:
- Refreshed the domain in the Vercel dashboard — no change
- Removed and re-added the domain — same CNAME issued, same bad resolution persists
- Ran the official
vercel-support/vercel-connect-debugdiagnostic script from my affected network - Submitted a support case, but DNS Configuration issues aren't covered on the free Hobby plan without upgrading
Has anyone seen this before, or know if there's a way to flag this for someone on the Vercel team to look at? Happy to share the full debug script output if useful. Thanks in advance.
