Didn't receive our credits when our account got recharged

v0 billed us 20$ for the premium plan and it looks like we didn’t get any credits. v0 worked for around 20 to 30ish prompt before asking us to upgrade the plan here is what the billing page is showing



It looks like you have a Vercel Pro team subscription, but not a v0 Team subscription. That may be how you signed up or it could be a glitch in the system. I’m not able to see all the details about how things got into this state.

I see you also opened a ticket with the support team. Most of us don’t have a whole lot of visibility into billing details for security reasons, but that ticket is assigned to the billing specialists who are able to investigate this for you. We appreciate your patience while they work thorough the cases submitted before yours. I expect you’ll hear from them soon with more info.

its a glitch in the system i hope this get resolved soon because it’s slowing down our progress at work
