We run a small internal content-scheduling tool (Next.js app) on the Hobby plan, used only by two people at our company to draft and schedule our own company's social media posts (LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram). The app itself is not sold, doesn't process payments, and has no ads or affiliate links — it's purely an internal productivity tool.
Per the Fair Use Guidelines, commercial usage is defined as "financial gain of anyone involved in any part of the production of the project, including a paid employee or consultant writing the code." Since we're employees of the company whose marketing content this tool helps produce, we want to confirm whether this setup requires a Pro plan, or whether it's fine to stay on Hobby.
