# Domain Expired

I need help renewing my domain that expired. I've already created a case, but I haven't received a response yet. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any emails as they were filtered into my junk folder. Now, my website is down, and I urgently need to renew the domain. What should I do?

Hey @oliveira-alissa. Our billing team can help with domain renewal. If you [submit a case](https://vercel.com/help) with `Domain Renewals` selected as the Problem Area, that will assign your case to the team that can manually renew the domain for you.
