When I refresh the page, the status often changes from invalid back to valid, but the issue keeps recurring. I checked on https://dnschecker.org/#A/simasuf.com.ng and the A records and NS records are missing:  Can you confirm if the Nameservers are set correctly? Which domain name provider are you using?
