I purchased **[costello-bjj.com](https://costello-bjj.com)** through Vercel in January 2024. My dashboard shows the registrar as **"Third Party"** instead of Vercel, so I don't have the "Transfer out" option in the three-dot menu and can't get an EPP/auth code.

I need to transfer this domain to Cloudflare Registrar.

**Current behavior:** Dashboard shows "Registrar: Third Party" and "Nameserver changes must be made with your domain's registrar." No transfer option available.

**Expected behavior:** Domain should show as registered with Vercel with the option to transfer out and retrieve an auth code.

**ICANN lookup confirms:**

* Registrar: [Name.com](https://Name.com), Inc (IANA ID: 625)

* Nameservers: [NS1.VERCEL-DNS.COM](https://NS1.VERCEL-DNS.COM) / [NS2.VERCEL-DNS.COM](https://NS2.VERCEL-DNS.COM)

I contacted [Name.com](https://Name.com) support directly and they confirmed the domain is in their system, but said **Vercel needs to contact them** to resolve the transfer.

Could someone from the Vercel team look into this and either fix the dashboard or coordinate with [Name.com](https://Name.com) to get me the auth code? Thanks!

<!-- Current versus Expected behavior -->

I’d expect to be able to configure nameservers

The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for [bonus points](https://community.vercel.com/t/introducing-the-vercel-leaderboard/1358).

You can also use [v0](https://v0.dev/) to narrow down the possibilities.
