# Duplicate charge for domain renewal

I was charged twice for my domain renewal of [vincentjunior.dev](https://vincentjunior.dev) on February 24, 2026. Two identical charges of $13.00 were processed just 4 minutes apart (invoices 70FF0625-0016 at 05:05 and 70FF0625-0017 at 05:09). Both charges have been paid. When I attempted to submit a refund request through the form, it stated that the charges are not refundable. I need assistance in refunding one of these duplicate charges.

Can you share your case number with us so we can chat with the support team? Unfortunately that's all we can do as they are the ones that have the ability to refund. However, I'm happy to try and understand the situation :slight_smile:

@pawlean Can you escalate this issue to support team? it been 2 weeks already and i still haven’t got my respond yet
