Two identical charges of $13.00 were processed just 4 minutes apart (invoices `70FF0625-0016` at 05:05 and `70FF0625-0017` at 05:09). Both charges have been paid. When I attempted to submit a refund request through the form, it stated that the charges are not refundable.
