Hi Vercel team,

I'm requesting some help with Case #01472200.

This is not simply a new account registration issue. I am an existing Vercel user and my account has access to two existing workspaces:

• Digall — paid Pro workspace with multiple production projects

• viggoz's projects — personal Hobby workspace

I can no longer log in with my GitHub account. Vercel shows:

"Your account requires further verification."

At around the same time, my existing teams/projects received suspension notices stating that they were suspended due to a Terms of Service violation.

I submitted the Account Recovery form and received Case #01472200, but the confirmation email describes the case as a "Vercel Registration" review.

Could a Vercel staff member please confirm that this case is routed to the appropriate team for review of my existing account and suspended workspaces, rather than being treated only as a new account registration issue?

This is particularly urgent because the Digall Pro workspace contains multiple production projects, and I currently cannot access project settings or environment variables, some of which are not backed up elsewhere.

I'm happy to provide billing verification, GitHub ownership, domains, project information, or any other information required privately.
