# Gifted Credits not working after Monthly Credits hit $0 (v0 Premium Plan)

Current versus Expected behavior:
I have a balance of $34.54 in Gifted Credits from referrals, but my monthly credits have expired ($0.00 / $5.00). Even though I have a positive total balance, v0 is blocking me with an "Explore More Plans" popup and won't let me use my gifted credits. I expect the system to use my gifted credits once the monthly limit is reached.
​Code, configuration, and steps that reproduce this issue:
​Reach $0.00 in Monthly Credits.
​Have a balance in Gifted Credits (currently $34.54).
​Try to run any prompt in v0.
​Result: A popup appears asking to upgrade to a Team/Business plan.
​Account Info:
​Plan: Premium (Complimentary)
​Total Available Credits: $34.54

Hey @ktarq37-5274. There was a bug where v0 was getting confused about plan type in some situations. The team shipped a fix, so this should be working normally for you now.

Hello, @amyegan! I am facing the exact same problem, I have 8 gifted credits  but I’m not able to use them, it shows up the same pop up to Team Plan. Tried today and the problem persists.
