# How to cancel Vercel team membership and dispute pending bills

## Problem
I didn’t want to activate team membership, but it’s now automatically deducted. I clearly have a credit limit, why does it automatically deduct the payment. And I don’t even need this deduction. My bank card is also out of money, and its deduction has failed. 

## Questions
1. How can I cancel this automatic deduction?
2. Because the deduction failed, I did not use any content related to membership. It doesn’t respond to my messages at all.
3. I would like to cancel the outstanding bill because I haven’t used it at all.

## Context
- I want to cancel the pending bill because it will affect my next subscription and redemption for team membership.
- I have submitted three work orders, with a maximum duration of over a week, but no one has replied to me.
