# How to recover Vercel account access after losing 2FA with active CLI session

Hi Vercel Community & Team,

I am requesting an escalation for Case **#01054240** regarding a `2FA` reset, which was transferred to the specialized security team on March 23.

## Context

*   I lost access to my `2FA` authenticator app following a system environment reinstall.
*   **Crucial point:** I currently maintain full, authenticated access to this Vercel account via the `Vercel CLI`.
*   This account manages critical enterprise operating system infrastructure, making the restoration of Web Dashboard access an urgent operational priority.

## Verification

Since account ownership is firmly established and undisputed via my active `CLI` session, I am fully prepared to immediately provide any required `CLI` proofs (e.g., `vercel whoami`, recent deployment IDs) or billing information to verify my identity and bypass the standard waiting period.

Could a Community Manager please help flag this case to the Account Recovery Team to expedite the reset process?

FINAL NOTICE: Urgent Account Recovery Case 01071256 / 01054240 - Migrating due to SLA Failure

This is my final notice regarding the 2FA lockout for the account `saafreejsc@gmail.com`.

Despite maintaining active CLI access and providing all requested proof 10 days ago, we have received zero constructive response, violating your 24-hour SLA. As an enterprise building a large-scale AI Operating System (Saafree OS), we cannot tolerate infrastructure partners that lack operational reliability.

We are now initiating a full migration of our production environment to **AWS Amplify** to ensure system stability for our April 30th launch.
