# How to unpause a Vercel account suspended for Fair Use violations

## Problem
One of my sites was under a `DDoS` attack on February 24th, which caused Vercel to suspend my projects once the quota was reached. 

## Context
I've seen other users with similar problems where the answer was:

> Your account was paused for violating Vercel’s [Fair Use Guidelines](https://vercel.com/docs/limits/fair-use-guidelines). Accounts paused for violations are not automatically unpaused.

It has been over 30 days since the suspension, and I’ve moved that site to another hosting provider. Is it possible for the Vercel team to review and unpause the account?
