And I login to vercel dashboard later and see a project which seldom used received about 300k traffic from "google bot" in the past day. and I go to "usage" and see very high usage of all sorts of services in July 15th: This is truly not what I want. So I deleted one of these projects and I had enabled attack challenge mode but seems there is no remission for that...what should I do? Pauline P. Narvas (@pawlean) · 2024-07-16 Hi @grassblock1! Sorry to hear about this. You've done the right thing enabling [attack challenge mode](https://vercel.com/docs/security/attack-challenge-mode). I'll also share some more resources on other tactics with [Vercel Firewall](https://vercel.com/docs/security/vercel-firewall) that you can use moving forward. > seems there is no remission for that…what should I do? Let me see what I can do internally! Could you send me your Vercel ID? Scott (@vercelscott) · 2024-07-16 Hey @grassblock1, we've identified your account and we can observe what you have shared with us. To mitigate this in the future, @pawlean's advice is perfect: [Attack Challenge Mode](https://vercel.com/docs/security/attack-challenge-mode) and [Custom Rules](https://vercel.com/docs/security/vercel-waf/custom-rules) will help. We even have some [common examples](https://vercel.com/docs/security/vercel-waf/examples#common-examples) for you to check out.
