You may need to tell the AI assistant that you're seeking help with a billing or invoice concern. Opening a new case there will get you in contact with the billing specialists who can investigate the invoice for you. If you're not able to see the support form, please tell the AI `I have a billing issue` and it will show you a form that you can use to open a new case.
