# Issues with Premium subscription points balance

I activated a one-year Premium subscription on April 22nd using a redemption code, but my Credit Balance was not reset to $20 on May 22nd. I have been paying for top-ups since then, and I am sure I have not received the $15/$20 you compensated me for.
