Locked out of account due to 2FA — No response to recovery request - Help

Hi Vercel Community Team,

I am completely locked out of my Vercel account because of 2FA. I reset my phone, lost access to my authenticator app, and unfortunately do not have the backup/recovery codes.

I already submitted the official account recovery form and replied to the automated verification email 4 days ago (on July 13) with all my ownership details. However, I haven't received a human response or resolution yet.
