Locked out of account due to 2FA — No response to recovery request - Help

Hi Vercel Community Team,

I am completely locked out of my Vercel account because of 2FA. I lost access to my authenticator app and unfortunately do not have my backup/recovery codes.

I already submitted the official account recovery form and replied to the automated verification email with all my ownership details. However, I haven't received a human response or resolution yet.

Here are my account details for verification:

Primary Email: [REDACTED]
Git Provider: GitHub [REDACTED]
Project URLs: [REDACTED]
Support Thread ID: [REDACTED]

Could a Community Manager please help flag this case to the Account Recovery / Security team to disable 2FA on my account? I need to regain access to manage my projects.

They may take some time to complete a thorough ownership verification process to keep your account safe. There's no need to open an additional case if you already have one open.

If you've ever set up a passkey, possibly on another device, you can use that to get back into your account and update 2FA settings yourself. You can also use recovery codes if you've stored those in a safe place that you can still access.
