I’m in a bit of a loop and could really use some help from the Vercel team or anyone who’s been through this.
Basically, I ended up with a Pro Team setup that I didn’t intend to keep. I now have a $40 invoice ($20/seat for 2 seats) that I can’t pay because my card doesn’t have the funds right now. I just want to go back to the Hobby plan and delete this team entirely to stop any future charges, but it won’t let me delete the team while there’s invoices.
I don’t want to leave an unpaid bill on my account, but I also can’t afford the $40 just to be able to delete the team .
Is there any way for support to help me waive this initial charge and just close the team account? I’m happy to move my projects back to my personal Hobby account, I just need to get this team shut down before it gets even more complicated.
Any guidance on how to reach a human for billing or if a moderator can flag this would be huge.
