⚠️ Marked Solved but Still Broken Tokens Wasted + Need Refund

Hi,

It’s now been over 3–4 days since I first reported this issue, and it still isn’t solved. I saw that you marked it as resolved for someone else, but for me the exact same problem is still happening.

The issue is: Runtime Error — “Unexpected token ‘>’”. Because of this, I can’t preview any version of my project — not even Version 1. Versions that used to work before are now broken as well.

What’s going on here? Why is this being marked solved when the issue clearly persists? I’ve been completely blocked for days, unable to preview any version, and I’ve already spent all my tokens trying to fix this problem through the agent with no success.

Because of this, I think it’s only fair that my $20 subscription be refunded — I paid for a working service and support, and right now I can’t use the product at all. Please escalate this to your team so both the technical issue and my refund can be handled properly.

Hi there, sorry that you are facing this issue.

You can open a Billing support case from https://vercel.com/help to get your refund.

If you’ve already opened a case, rest assured our support team will help you as soon as they get to the ticket.

Hi,

I want to be very clear: this post is about the technical issue, not billing.

The issue is still happening: Runtime Error — “Unexpected token ‘>’”. I cannot preview any version of my project, not even Version 1. All my versions are broken, including ones that worked before. The agent keeps trying to fix it but never resolves the core problem.

This is now blocking my work for 4+ days. Please escalate this to the engineering team so the bug itself is fixed at the system level.

(Separately, yes, I will open a billing ticket for refund — but this post is for the technical bug, which is still not resolved.)
