For this specific pattern, I would first check whether Vercel actually registered the build artifacts before trying more rebuilds:

vercel inspect <deployment-url-or-id>

The reason is that "Build Completed" only confirms that the build command finished. It does not confirm that the generated output was accepted during the handoff to Vercel.

I would look at the Builds section in the inspect output:

• If it is empty or shows 0ms with no artifacts, the failure is likely happening during the output handoff rather than during compilation.
• If the artifacts are present, I would then check generated route count, large function bundles, and any recent Server Action or route changes.

A useful second test from a clean checkout would be:

Keep that as a Preview deployment for the test. If the prebuilt deployment fails at the same point, the debug output should give a much cleaner signal about whether the problem is the generated output or the platform handoff.
