Anyone else get caught in a loop in the site where you go to create a team, add payment info, add someone else, get prompted for payment again, then repeat.  Even if you skip adding someone else the team never is created?

Do you see any error info in a toast notification or in the browser console when that happens? If you can share screenshots, that would help me see where this is happening

There's never an error I just always get looped back / unsure of what "Toast" is. I sent over a whole video and met with a rep Brandon Corn but sure let me upload here too lol.

I'm not able to access that video. But you said you already spoke with Brandon. Were you able to find a solution with him, or are you still stuck?
