Paid $30 for v0 Seats but account still on free tier after 6+ hours

Hello Vercel/v0 Team,

I’m having a billing issue and need urgent help.

Problem:

I purchased a v0 Seats plan today (April 20, 2026) and the payment was confirmed by my bank. However, after 6+ hours, my account still shows 0 credits and the free tier — the Pro plan was never activated.

What I’ve tried:

Logging out and back in

Checking Account Settings → Billing

Contacting billing@vercel.com (they referred me back to the support chat)

The support chat kept resetting and closing

What I need:

Either activate my Pro plan, or process a full refund of $30.00 USD to my original payment method.

I have the invoice number and bank confirmation as proof.
