After I made the payment I should be on the pro plan and not the hobby plan

Hi @dupreezjwork-4289 , in our findings there was a transient payment glitch. You can request a refund by opening a support case at vercel.com/help for this. You can then try to purchase again and it shall work. Please let me know if you have any other questions :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @dupreezjwork-4289 , it might take longer as our support team has a queue of billing cases. Did you request a refund in the case? Can you share the case ID?

case id: #821986 I did, but initially the case was opened for buying the pro plan and staying on the hobby plan - and then in the messages I said I need a refund Should I rather open another case specifically for the refund

How long does it take to resolve a case, because I am still waiting and I have submitted a case this morning?
