Problem with account access

Hi, I have a problem with accessing my vercel account / projects.

Since I started working for a startup and started using their Vercel team I lost access to my personal projects somehow. I guess it has something to do with connection to GitHub or my account being in some kind of deadlock. Would be great if you can have a closer look and help me restore my personal projects!

GitHub: Sneruall
Personal team: sneruall (I think so, hobby account)
Startup team: Hoopsai (pro account)

Hi @lcvanroomen-8633, it looks like the personal team is not linked with your GitHub credentials. So, I’d request you to send an email at registration@vercel.com with the personal team name you shared above and the GitHub account/new account email address.

They’ll guide you with the correct process to verify the ownership and can help to recover the projects linked with that team.

Follow-up on my issue:

  • After sending an email to registration@vercel.com as requested I received a reply that ’ We’ve approved your account for use on Vercel.'. It seems like the real problem was not addressed.
  • I still do not have access to my personal projects

Can you please have another look at it? Let me know if you need the account details I provided in the email.
