Hi Vercel team, I'm hoping someone from Vercel can urgently help escalate an existing billing case that has now resulted in our production service being taken offline. Case ID: 01UGy2fIc2PLV1Ni Case opened: August 27, 2026 Current status: No response received as of September 7 I opened the case to dispute approximately $106 in unexpected Vercel Agent usage generated by the automatic Code Review and Investigation beta features. Once I discovered the source of the charges, I immediately disabled the automatic Agent features. The disputed August 22 invoice remained unpaid while I waited for the billing team to review the case. It has now been 11 days since I opened the support case without receiving a response, and our production deployments have been disabled in the meantime. Both our Woodshed production website and application are now inaccessible. Our deployment is returning: HTTP 402 — DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED / Payment Required The application itself does not appear to have a code or deployment failure; the deployment has been disabled due to the unresolved Vercel billing issue. At this point, this has become a production outage for us. I understand that the underlying invoice still needs to be reviewed and resolved, but we opened the billing dispute promptly and have been waiting for a response from Vercel since August 27. Could a Vercel team member please:
- Escalate the existing billing case for immediate review;
- Confirm that it has reached the appropriate billing team; and
- Determine whether our production deployments can be temporarily restored while the disputed charges are being reviewed? We are not disputing our normal Pro subscription or legitimate infrastructure usage. The existing case specifically concerns the unexpected Vercel Agent usage generated by the automatic beta features. I'm happy to provide the case ID or any additional account information privately if needed. I would greatly appreciate someone looking into this as soon as possible, as this is now affecting our live production service. Thank you.
