# Project/Account stuck in transfer state

My account/project is stuck in “transfer” state after I wanted to downgrade.

Somehow a background job must be stuck.

I’ve even tried deleting the frozen application and redeploying it, but even that’s not possible.

Hi Anshuman, yeah.

I wanted to downgrade team_1mLI7h3UNHro5kBZCDO5wHVM, but it required me to transfer everything from team_s06iw8HT2gYkE5B5Jmg8FhFV to it first. That’s when this problem occurred.
