Hi Vercel Support,

I need help recovering ownership/access context for a legacy team/domain.

## Domain

*   `human-support-ukraine.vercel.app`

## Current Account

*   Username: `virus231`
*   Email: `vladprodan6@gmail.com`
*   Accessible teams: `virus231s-projects` (`team_BzXl0rszirhKcgBQ4HNQk4K7`),

## Problem

* The domain is reported as already in use.
* It is not found under my accessible teams.
* API/CLI says I do not have access to this domain.

## Evidence from Local CLI Logs

```bash
2026-02-20T20:14:16.338Z: alias set succeeded for human-support-ukraine.vercel.app
target deployment at that time: uk-support-i8ms9hgbr-vlad-fronts-projects.vercel.app
```

Legacy team/project context in local `.vercel` metadata:

*   `orgId`: `team_ZP79vIG8WIRF6vgZa21N4aHz`
*   `projectId`: `prj_2qALy9Co55xA9dooy1iMMpggxAoU`
*   `projectName`: `uk-support`

## Current Checks

*   `GET /v2/teams/team_ZP79vIG8WIRF6vgZa21N4aHz` → `forbidden`
*   `GET /v9/projects/prj_2qALy9Co55xA9dooy1iMMpggxAoU` → `not_found`/`forbidden`
*   `GET /v5/domains/human-support-ukraine.vercel.app` → `forbidden`

## Request

Please help identify where this domain/team is currently attached and help me recover access to that legacy owner context (or advise the exact recovery path).

I am not asking for a policy bypass, only account/team ownership recovery for a domain I previously managed via CLI.

Thank you.
