# Regarding Fair Use

Hi, I'm planning to host a small documentation site on Vercel, the site might contain links to a donation page, will this be considered breach of fair use?

Hi @snorux,

You can learn more about **Commercial Usage** in our Guidelines.
That's being said, asking for donations **does not fall under commercial usage** and can be considered Fair Use.
