# Request for Credit Restoration

Hello,
Yesterday, I purchased $30 in credits for my account (stenleya-7239 – Personal, v0 Premium). After submitting only two regular prompts, nearly all of the credits were depleted.
This has stopped my workflow, and I am requesting that the credits be reviewed and restored. The prompts were standard usage and did not appear to justify the rapid depletion.
Please investigate this issue and let me know how my credits can be reinstated. I would appreciate urgent assistance so I can resume my work. 
It already 12 hours, I still didn't get anyone to assist me to resolve this issues.

After reviewing your last few usages, I see you're using the most advanced model **v0 Max Fast**, which can be as much as 5x of the **v0 Max** model. I'd recommend switching to a lower tier model for simpler tasks.

I am having the same problem. I topped up **$50**, but it was all gone in less than an hour after only a few prompts. My logs show that single messages are costing over **$2.00** each, which is not normal. This issue has stopped my work. Please investigate this and restore my credits as soon as possible

I see you're using the **v0 Max** model, which can cost high based on the prompt and code complexity.
