Current behavior:
An issue was previously reported and discussed in earlier threads.
Those threads are listed below for reference only:

1. 403 on ‘shortten.net’ vs 200 OK on ‘shortn.icu’ (Same Code)
2. 403 on ‘shortten.net’ vs 200 OK on ‘shortn.icu’ (Same Code)
   Expected behavior:
   The system now behaves as expected.

Update / Resolution:
The issue has been fully resolved.
There are no remaining reproducible steps, configuration issues, or code problems.
