# REST API v9/v10 GET /projects/{idOrName}/env ignores decrypt=true parameter

**Description**: According to the REST API documentation for retrieving project environment variables, the endpoint accepts a decrypt query parameter to return decrypted values. While this works as expected on the v8 endpoint, both v9 and v10 continue to return the encrypted payload when `decrypt=true` is passed.

**Reproduction Steps:**

# v10 returns encrypted JSON payload in value

# v9 returns encrypted JSON payload in value

# v8 returns plaintext decrypted string in value

**Expected Behavior**: Passing `decrypt=true` on v9 and v10 list endpoints should return decrypted environment variable values rather than the encrypted ciphertext payload.

It looks like that param is deprecated. But let me check with the team about it
