I’m trying to restore the previous deployment of a staging project, but the rollback API returned HTTP 402. What happened: 1. An existing deployment was serving both staging domains. 2. We successfully promoted a candidate deployment in the same project. 3. We attempted to restore the original deployment using: POST /v1/projects/{projectId}/rollback/{deploymentId} 4. The request returned HTTP 402. Both staging domains still point to the candidate. Request details: - Event time: approximately 2026-10-15 19:48:23 UTC - HTTP status: 402 - Request ID: sfo1::kzwf5-1792093702940-466b46579a6c Unfortunately, our client did not retain the original response body, so we do not have the original Vercel error code or message. We have not retried the rollback. Billing checks: - The project’s owning team is on Hobby, shown as Active. - All four visible invoices are paid. - The dashboard shows no exceeded usage limits or suspension warnings. I understand that Hobby supports rollback only to the immediately previous deployment. Our target served both staging domains immediately before the candidate promotion, but we have not confirmed whether Vercel considers it the eligible “immediately previous deployment.” The original deployment is still READY and marked PROMOTED. Questions: 1. How can we check which deployment Vercel currently considers eligible for rollback on Hobby? 2. Could the previous-deployment eligibility restriction explain HTTP 402 in this situation? 3. What is the supported way to restore the original deployment if it is not considered eligible? This affects a staging project only. Our separate live production project is unaffected. If investigating the request requires internal logs, how can I share the project and deployment IDs privately with Vercel staff? Thank you!
