tatamemaster.com.br stuck "linked to another account" despite fresh TXT codes

Hi Vercel team,

I'm trying to add new subdomains of `tatamemaster.com.br` to a project in my team "criandogames' projects", but every new subdomain I try fails verification with:

This domain is linked to another Vercel account. To use it with this project, add a TXT record at _vercel.tatamemaster.com.br to verify ownership.

Note: the root domain `tatamemaster.com.br` itself is NOT what I'm trying to add — it's already active and working. This error appears specifically when adding brand new subdomains like `prof.tatamemaster.com.br` and `www.prof.tatamemaster.com.br`.

What I've verified

* Added the required TXT record at `_vercel.tatamemaster.com.br` * Confirmed full global propagation via multiple public DNS resolvers (Google, Quad9, OpenDNS, NextDNS, VeriSign, NeuStar, Fortinet, Cloudflare, and several resolvers located in Brazil) * Clicking Verify & Claim still fails with the same error

What makes this unusual

To rule out a stale/cached verification code, I deleted the subdomain entry entirely and re-added it from scratch three times, each generating a brand new verification code:

* `a9591a9551c35cba006b` * `960d23268a64315ac126` * `d8c978535a4966ec60c9`

Each new TXT record was added correctly and confirmed propagated — yet every single attempt failed with the exact same "linked to another account" error, even though each code had never existed anywhere before.

Why I believe this is on Vercel's side

Several subdomains of this same root domain (`app.tatamemaster.com.br`, `painel.app.tatamemaster.com.br`, `sandbox.tatamemaster.com.br`, `app.aluno.tatamemaster.com.br`) are already actively deployed and working correctly on other projects within this same team. I checked every team/personal account I have access to and found no trace of `prof.tatamemaster.com.br` registered anywhere else on my side. Only these brand new subdomains trigger the error — existing ones continue working fine.

Could someone from the Vercel team please check on your end which account/team is currently holding a stale or orphaned registration for these specific subdomains, and manually release them?

This guide didn't solve my issue. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and re-added the required TXT records at _vercel.tatamemaster.com.br exactly as instructed in the Vercel dashboard, but both domains (prof.tatamemaster.com.br) are still showing "Verification Needed" / "This domain is linked to another Vercel account."

I've confirmed the TXT records are published and visible via public DNS lookup. I've also refreshed the domain status in the dashboard multiple times over the past 24 hours with no change.

Could a human take a look at this? I need help either completing the domain transfer/verification or understanding what's blocking it on Vercel's side.
