My Podi Program team was paused after exceeding the Hobby Fast Origin Transfer fair-use limit. I subsequently started a Pro Trial and added a payment method. The dashboard now correctly shows the Pro Trial is active with no pending verification banners or prompts. However, the team remains blocked with deployments failing with the error: "Your Team exceeded our fair use limits and has been blocked." My existing website still displays the temporary pause page. According to the Pro Trial documentation, upgrading to Pro should lift the pause status of a previously paused Hobby team. I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps including signing out and signing back in, confirming the Pro Trial subscription status in billing settings, pushing new commits via Git, and attempting to redeploy when changing environment variables—all attempts continue to be blocked.

I submitted a support case on the issue, but there is not yet any updates on the regard. Is there anything else I can do to make the website go live again?
