The DNS isn't showing for other regions

My domain is on reg-ru.
I set up the A record 216.198.79.1
Which is what Vercel requested.
And now it’s only showing for certain regions of the Russian Federation. (In many regions, the site simply doesn’t open for the specified domain: https://gos-vopros.ru.)
I checked the AI ​​support chat – they say everything is correct, but it still doesn’t show for many regions.
Is there a way around this problem?

The site simply doesn’t load or returns a configuration error.

I just checked the records for that domain:

Since the A record is not propagating from your registrar, you should check with them about any issues with your domain on their end. They will have more visibility into the cause
