# Troubleshooting video upload errors and credit usage

I’m facing a recurring and serious issue with the platform.
I have a specific section of my site where I explicitly upload a video under 5 MB, already optimized, to be used as the main content. Despite this, the system keeps ignoring the provided video, renders the page without it, and still consumes my credits on every attempt, even though the request is not executed correctly.
This behavior happens repeatedly, even when I clearly specify that:
the video is already uploaded,
the file is within the size limit,
the video must be used exactly as provided, without substitutions.
In practice, I’m being charged credits for an incorrect result, which makes this workflow unusable.
I need:
A clear technical explanation of why the uploaded video is being ignored.
A definitive fix for this behavior.
A review for refund or credit reimbursement, since the credits were consumed due to a platform issue.
If needed, I can provide the project, prompts, or logs where this happens.
