I have been waiting over a week without any response to my complaint.
I demand an immediate downgrade to the Free Plan and a refund of €200.
On the Free Plan, the v0 Assistant is free.
On the Premium Plan, I am being charged a fortune for the same assistant, full of errors.
I already lost over €200, including €60 just yesterday, due to platform bugs and failures.
And today I didn’t even receive the daily gifted credits that Vercel announced.
This is misleading pricing and fraudulent billing. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a chargeback and a formal complaint to ECC-Net (EU Consumer Protection).
