URGENT Billed twice for the same period, and my account is blocked

My card was debited twice, and my V0 account is blocked! On my V0 profile I see 2 invoices, both marked ‘Paid’, but account is suspended.

No one reacted (for 3 days already), I only get auto replies from AI agent, and advices to “re-activate” my account - by paying 3rd time for the same!

What should I do to get access back to the service I double paid?

A working week passed, no reaction AT ALL - not here, nothing in response to open case, nothing in response to e-mail sent to ar@vercel.com.

My project is blocked, charges are not refunded. Unbelievable.
