# v0 account remains blocked after payment due to outstanding invoices for inactive months

## Problem
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my `v0` account status. I have been a loyal user since the very beginning, but my recent experience has been far from the high standard I previously associated with your support.

**The Issue:** I stopped using my `v0` account in **September 2025** for personal reasons. Upon my return this month, I paid a **$30 invoice** (referring to March) to reactivate my subscription. However, my account remains **blocked**.

The system is demanding payment for “outstanding” invoices from **October, December, January, and February** — months during which I did not use the service at all.

## Current Status
- I have already paid `$30` to regain access, yet I am still locked out.
- Your AI support assistant confirmed this is a “common issue” but stated that only a human agent can resolve it.
- I opened **two tickets a week ago**, and I have received **zero response** so far.

It is incredibly disappointing to see the support quality decline so significantly. In the past, issues were resolved almost instantly. Now, I am forced to bring this to the community because my formal requests are being ignored while I am being charged for months of inactivity.

I request that you **waive these incorrect charges** and **restore my account access immediately**, as I have already fulfilled the payment for my current usage.

Looking forward to a swift resolution.
