Since Sept 25, the v0 agent is no longer functioning as expected:

It reviews the entire project even when I request a specific fix.

It does not solve issues anymore and only produces repeated review feedback.

This behavior consumes credits without delivering usable results.
Expected Behavior:
When I ask for a specific fix, the agent should apply the requested change in the targeted location without reviewing the entire repo.
Actual Behavior:
Agent ignores the scope of my request, performs a full review, and fails to apply any fixes.
Impact:

Wasted credits.

Inability to progress with tasks that rely on v0 for code modifications.
